Perimenopause and menopause, handled by a clinician who actually treats it — on video, from home. Added to your Tab membership, on a prepaid term.
See the plansYour Tab membership covers primary care and $0 everyday prescriptions. Hormone care is different work: a longer first visit, a real look at your history and risk, dose changes over the first few months, and a clinician who does this often enough to be good at it. Primary care generally doesn’t take it on — which is why so many women get handed an antidepressant and a shrug instead.
So we made it an add-on. You are paying for the clinical relationship, not for pills.
Video visits with a licensed U.S. clinician experienced in perimenopause and menopause.
Getting hormone therapy right takes adjustment. Follow-ups during your term are part of the program, not extra visits.
Prescriptions go to your local pharmacy as FDA-approved medication. No mystery packages required.
Estradiol tablets are on Tab’s covered list at $0 — along with medroxyprogesterone and the progestins — at participating pharmacies. For many women that means the medication itself costs nothing on top of the program.
Being straight with you about the rest: estradiol patches, micronized progesterone, vaginal estrogen and conjugated estrogens are not on the covered list. If you and your clinician choose one of those, you pay for it, usually at a discounted cash price. Your clinician decides what is right for you — not our formulary, and not us.
Hormone care is sold on a prepaid term, not month to month — because the care is front-loaded and it works better when you stay through the adjustment period. The longer the term, the lower the rate.
The same pricing as our men’s program at HeydayMD — the clinician, the dose management, ongoing monitoring. No Tab membership required. Medication is not included at this price; you pay your pharmacy’s cash or insurance price for anything prescribed.
If you already have — or sign up for — a Tab primary care membership, hormone care is discounted and your estradiol is $0 on the covered list. The add-on rate below is charged on top of whichever Tab plan you choose.
Your total is simply your Tab plan plus the add-on rate above — any add-on term works with any Tab plan, on either billing cycle.

Each term is charged in full at purchase and renews at the end of the term unless you cancel. Cancel anytime — your plan simply won’t renew. The term you have already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded or pro-rated. Full detail in the Terms.
No. Your clinician decides what is appropriate after reviewing your history, and may recommend something other than hormone therapy or decline to prescribe. You are paying for the care and the assessment, not for a particular medication.
Estradiol tablets, medroxyprogesterone and the progestins on our covered list, at participating pharmacies. Patches, micronized progesterone and vaginal estrogen are not on the list.
Anytime, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The term you have paid for runs to its end — we do not pro-rate an unused part of a term.
No — hormone care on its own is priced the same as our men’s program. A Tab membership is optional, and if you add one, the hormone care rate drops and your estradiol becomes $0.
Availability depends on where our clinicians are licensed, and it varies. We will tell you before you pay.
No. Tab is a membership and prescription-savings program. It is not health insurance and not a substitute for it.
